City Coverage
City Coverage is our system to cover a big area in an urban environment.
The numereous reflections and multipath reception present in a city enhances the quality and range of the signal.

By using the famous Tandberg DR6000 six-way diversity receivers we get the most out of it in any situation.
Our new cellular technique using the TS4020 ASI combiner enlarges the usable area significantly by combining the output from several receivers on different locations.

Ground Station or Helicopter? Delta Star Mobile Broadcast Systems offer the largest coverage for their video systems by using Tandberg DR6000 six-way diversity receivers in combination with relay stations installed at high locations. This advanced structure allows large urban areas as well as long race tracks to be covered.
In case the area is too large even to be covered by several ground stations we deploy a helicopter as a high up relay station.

Tandberg and BMS
Developing equipment for audio/video broadcast links requires knowledge and experience, and is typically associated with high cost.

Our prime supplier Tandberg is the undisputed European market leader in this field. Recently, Tandberg incorporated it wireless camera products into BMS, a US based company prominent for its mobile video link equipment.

Point To Point
For point-to-point links we rely on our Tandberg E5740 encoder.
This is the fully loaded version with all options, offering encoding in SD en HD including Mpeg-4/H264, L-band modulator S/S2 and COFDM.
Wireless Camera
Our BMS (Tandberg) transmitters supply an RF output power of 1 watt at just 18 watts of energy consumption. Many of our transmitters also feature an SDI input, allowing use with mobile cameras in cars, on motorcycles or on board boats or helicopters.
